Artūras Čertovas is a Lithuanian artist who currently lives in Brussels. His practice investigates informal spatial situations and impermanence. His works were shown in the abandoned barn in Eiliokiškės village, the staircase of the Hangar artistic research center in Lisbon, private student room in Luxembourg and Atletika gallery in Vilnius.
He performs as a DJ under the alias A. Certo and has recently played in places and gatherings like Niansa in Ljubljana, Camping 58 in Brussels, Akee in Aleknaičiai village, L’embobineuse in Marseille and Casino in Luxembourg.
During his residency in Kintai, he was working on the concept development and sonic dimension of his solo show that took place this autumn in Vilnius. As well as music production and organising a listening session in Kintai Arts Gallery.
The project development in the residency is supported by the Lithuanian Council for Culture.
