Artists, curators, galleries and art spaces are invited to apply for organizing an exhibition at Kintai Arts Gallery Applications are accepted for both new exhibition concepts and existing exhibitions that could be transported to Kintai. Due to financial limitations, priority will be given to exhibitions previously held in Lithuania; however, applications from abroad that take these limitations into account are also welcome.
The application form is intended for exhibition proposals in the residency’s gallery spaces; however, if selected, the exhibition opportunities within the residency may be broader. Exhibitions may also be held in the residency’s second-floor spaces,or in the basement and in the public space surrounding the residency.
Kintai Arts Gallery aims to present and disseminate contemporary art in the region of Pamarys and therefor to provide opportunities for the local community and visitors to discover professional artistic forms and to develop habits of cultural participation. Hosting guest exhibitions that have been already showed in other art spaces in Lithuania allows to broaden the public as well as to reuse/recycle the existing scenography, thus ensuring more sustainable exhibition practices.
The guest exhibitions will take place during the following periods: 2026 04 01 – 2026 05 15, 2026 06 15 – 2026 07 20 and 2026 09 15 - 2026 10 31. The estimated duration of 1 exhibition is approximately 1-1.5 months. It is planned to organize three exhibitions.
